My girlfriend set a restraining order on me for reasons unknown. We have been together for 3 years. I violated the restraining order when we agreed to see eachother. We had an argument, her father found out I was there. Fearing he would call the police, I took my son from my girlfriend and left to spend my last moments of freedom with him. I later texted her sister so that she could tell my girlfriend to pick him up. I was gone less than 3 hours. She did call the police, the police came with her to pick up our son. They arrested me. They then charged me with kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child. She did not want this, she dropped her restraining order, the state took over, I can't see my son or newborn. She never pressed charges or said kidnap. I NEVER put my son in danger.
