Please take into account that food stamp eligibility needs to be based on net wages and take into account monthly expenses. The current system of it being based on gross and having nothing to do with monthly expenses is hurting the one person income families! There should be a provision that states if the family of four or more only has one person working in the house food stamp eligibility will be based on net wages. This will help the middle class American's that are struggling right now so much. If there needs to be a limit to the monthly stamps that is understandable, just please reconsider basing it on net wages.
