I am a home owner in Long Island, NY and my house is underwater, I am went through a divorce, husband wants off mortgage and deed in order to do this I need to refiance my home which I am unable to do, stuck with this man and I need some hope in sight, Please pass this program it would help millions of Americans who bought our homes at a high cost and now they are not worth anything, and thatis OK.
