In 2010 over 32,000 people were killed due to automobile related deaths. We must reduce or even eliminate all risks in our everyday lives. For example All vehicles should have the following restrictions.
Limit speeds to posted speeds using GPS
Prohibited flashy colors and sports cars
Large capacity vehicles including buses should be prohibited. No more then 4 people allowed in vehicle including the driver
Limit model selection to 20 not over 300
Limit usage to just work travel
install “Smart Start” devices in all vehicles
Add additional fines for breaking any of the above to the current fines.
Grandfather clause
Create a database, publish the database and treat owners as criminals with these vehicles
Apply fee's and tax them
OR
Go door to door and collects all vehicles in violation
