President Obama gave executive orders for reforming Legal Immigration.
Please fast track implementation of the executive order for legal-immigration reforms or consider creating one comprehensive bill only for Legal Immigration Reforms that covers policies for:
1. Anybody on H1/L1 for more than 10 years and having approved I-140 be considered at par with EB-1 category and be taken out of country-specific/category-specific waits
2. policy update for portability of job after I-140 approval (promotion etc, say after 3 years)
3. Capturing all immigrant visa numbers that were given to dependents of employment based immigrants
