The policies that have been put in place to "protect" distressed homeowners are NOT WORKING. The Banks are using tactics that would be against the law for any of us to do to each other! The mental abuse is beyond acceptable. The banks ARE NOT MODIFYING HOME LOANS. They are using trick tactics, losing paperwork, sending conflicting & confusing messages, refusing documents for style errors, ignoring laws and dual tracking. I am BEGGING the President to open an investigation into this. WHO IS BENEFITTING from the fines that have been issued by the courts? Why are less than 20% of homes being modified? I refuse to let WELLS FARGO, who PUT me in this predatory loan take my house. THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. HELP THE HOMEOWNERS OF AMERICA! Before there are no middle class home owners lefT!
