American dream is about fair competition. Let the most diligent and determined people win. Not by race.
Using race for quota only further divide the country and adding racism. Can you imaging a person goes to his African American or Hispanic race Doctor and questioning whether he or she has the same qualification? It is a disgrace and unfair to those races.
Can one imagine we do the same for NBA and NFL, that we want to make sure Asian has the "deserved quota". I don't know about others, but I want to see the best player to play regardless that person's race.
