The Virginia State Police and the Newport News Police have been torturing me for over 4 1/2 years. I am one, but I am not alone. LRAD has attachments that take it from an acoustical device to a weapon of torture. It has capabilities of the audiospotlight by Holosonics, the diablo flashlight - tasing you through your electrical outlet with lasers, the airport scanner - hacking into your "wifi" electric meter to see you in your home, and if they implant radio frequency implant chips- they can interpret your brian waves to read your mind. It was invented in Russia in the 1950's. It is unconstitutional and it is excruciatingly painful. I applaud executive order 13491 - but law enforcement is not heeding your law. Please help, please, please, please?
