1. On August 18, 1948, 3 days after the Korea’s liberation from the invasion of Japan, which lasted 36 years, the premier president Syng-man Rhee formally requested Japan to end their illegal occupation of the Korean island Dae Ma Do through a press conference.
2. The president strongly reclaimed, “Return Dae Ma Do” on January 18, 1949 through union press conference. Also, there is clear historical evidence that the Japanese have trespassed on the same island.
3. Japan has not returned the Korean island Dae Ma Do even now. The public holds the opinion that the matter should be brought to the ICJ. Japan definitely has not returned the sovereignty of Dae Ma Do, and the three East Asian countries are at brink of war.
