Please stop the lunacy of setting clocks BACK in November, and adopt a federal year-round Daylight Savings Time (DST).

Created by M.C. on November 03, 2015

DST doesn’t save energy, but it does impair sleep and productivity, complicate our globalized interactions, and increase heart attacks, accidents and suicides.
For what? The sun already sets too early. Why make it pitch black even earlier? So we can push the sunrise back an hour? Is the goal to MINIMIZE human enjoyment of sunrise and sunset?
DST history is nonsense except: FDR moved us to year-round DST and called it "War Time." A president did it before, so let’s do it again--but call it “Barry Time.”
Take bold executive action now, and no matter how fiercely history debates you, nothing will ever tarnish your legacy of “Barry Time.”
We have suffered this needless disruption for too long.
Only you can help us escape this darkness.
Be the hero, Mr. President.
Let there be light!
