Lots of Chinese corrupt functionaries get Permanent Resident Card from the U.S. goverment to avoid the punishment which they deserved.According to Anti-Corruption Convention,the U.S. government can NOt just stand by and do nothing.Please stop offering Permanent Resident Card to Chinese functionaries,not only for the Chinese,but also for the whole world.
