Every day people find themselves frustrated trying to speak to someone in customer service from the USA because the job has been sent overseas to either India, China, the Phillipines or Costa Rica. The accents are very thick and impossible to understand.
Over the past 10+ years the US has supported corporations sending American Jobs overseas in a time where the American Unemployment rates have been soaring. It is time the US brings our jobs home. An American in customer service has a better understanding of the issues we all call in about, while someone overseas reads from a script and rarely does anything to resolve the customer's issues when they call. Mr President, bring our jobs home. America needs the jobs, and we all need someone who understands us when we call.
