SCA5 is killing the equal opportunities for Asian students, especially for those who are study and hard work. Everyone should have an equal chance to achieve higher education no matter what color they are. Compare to the east coast, Ivy League , UC system is way too behind. To improve it, the best way is no privilege on race!
