I think it's a travesty on levels unimaginable to send a Billion dollars to the Ukraine, and interfere in another foreign countries business considering the Ukraine isn't even a member of NATO. I am a disabled veteran of the OIF and OEF wars and all I read about is VA hospitals shredding Soldiers medical files to clear "clutter". Soldiers being ignored in VA homes and programs cut to limit funding for Veterans services and needs. Sir, I implore you to realize that your fighting force is comprised of all VOLUNTEERS, men and women who train to defend this country with their very last breath if needed. And to not acknowledge the promise that was made by Lincoln himself is a mockery of this wonderful nation. I am advocating for the sake of Soldiers that need those funds for services promised.
