After several frustrated attempts to bring to knowledge to many authorities such as the FBI, Hillary Clinton (while seating as Senator from NY) and the LAPD Internal Affairs Unit, the ongoing and inhumane harassment with which I have been constantly intimidated and tortured has no end,
