The Obama administration, as well as the President himself, have been using false statistics to push a gun ban agenda. The previous assault weapons ban expired in 2004 because it had NO effect on crime, so congress allowed it to expire. Tell Obama, and his administration to stop misleading the American people, and tell the truth about crime statistics. Gun laws are proven ineffective, and only serve to disarm law abiding citizens. Allowing the Federal Government to encroach on our second amendment rights sets a precedent that government does not need to follow the constitution.
