As Prohibition destroys our society, please urgently take into consideration Argentina, as a free society welcoming reform, offering drug users free counseling and rehab statements. The appliance to end Prohibition has reduced the crime rate and drug use significantly and needs to be studied in order to fund optional programs to uphold freedom of speech and the right to carry fire arms. The use of drugs has decreased as its legality was established and should be optional as many citizens of South Carolina are suffering & remain in pain. We need a new ruling on federations with upholding the Constitution as previously used for population control objectified by the use of legal drugs to treat patients as the original Presidential Candidates established to instill trust and leadership!
