Please take Marijuana out of Schedule ONE which can be done by the Administration I am told.

Four states (Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Alaska) and DC (voted on but waiting for congress to butt out) have now voted into law the legalized use and sale of recreational Marijuana in the last 2 years. This "drug" should never been put in Schedule ONE, where LSD and Cocaine and Heroin are classified. This is causing many problems because states are legalizing it and federal law outlaws it. It is causing great problems in this new booming industry where they cannot even deposit the money into banks and customers must use cash (what is that?) to buy it. The drug war did not and does not and never will work. Now that four + states have done this, with many more to come in 2016, hopefully President Obama and the DOJ will reschedule this drug in his last 2 years in office.
