The Electric Co. Think they can change thier rule anytime they want and do not care about the little man they are not Reg by County or State. Somebody should stand up for the little man so thier rights are not taken away. All Buisness that provide Service to the public and that have a monolopy should have to take cash. We can not shop a utility co. they must acept who ever is in tier area.There are a lot of people that do not have a checking act. for one reason or another they are on a fixed income Bad Credit or can not aford it and they pay all thier payment in cash. This needs to be addressed at a State and Federal Level. ( ACT of 1965 States a Private co. does not have to acept cash ) It is federal currency Legal Tender Right?
