A person that is rich or poor will always seek to get the best goods or service for the cheapest cost and put the cost savings into their bank account. So, the remaining manufacturing that we still have here in the United States will by fiscal logic use the Trans-Pacific Partnership to reduce the total aggregate cost of creation, storage, shipping, security and repair of their products by moving where these cost are the cheapest. And this fiscal logic is not just for maximizing profit but also out of necessity to sell cheaply in large bulk, to consumers with reduced income or limited credit, to stay solvent. Now, you are asking if no Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement what do we do? Use Federal Research & Development monies to keep manufacturing profitable here and an example for world.
