Please uphold the Constitution. Too many Americans are unaware of their inalienable rights.

Created by D.L. on December 05, 2014

Not knowing your rights is the same as not having them.
Very little research will show that many law enforcement professionals know that most citizens are unaware of their rights; in fact this makes the job of enforcement easier since the citizens rights can be trampled without consequence.

"You privacy can't have been violated if you don't know your privacy was violated."
-Rep Mike Rogers
Intelligence Committee Chairman

This ideal places the burden of proof on the people.
When the privacy of the people is breached, the people are the victim.
Placing the burden of proof on the victim is wrong.

My point is that the rights of the people are beautiful and need to be not only protected, but also respected and projected.
