We the People ask you to create a new national monument in North and South Dakota completely surrounding the Standing Rock Reservation. A National Monument would prevent any more construction of the oil pipeline as it is illegal to to damage or remove anything on that national monument, and thus protect the sacred lands of the Sioux people that live there was well as protect their drinking water
