Please withdraw the Garland nomination and replace him with a progressive nominee.

Now that the GOP has self destructed it's chances at winning the 2016 election it no longer makes political sense to try and play nice with Senate by nominating a described "Moderate" but actually fairly conservative Judge. There are issues beyond a woman's right to choose, and while yany Democratic nominee clearly should respect that, we need a Judge on the bench who is willing to protect the rights of the workers, and to protect people from their government. Garland is poor on both these points. Your previous appointees joined with the Conservatives on the bench to deny wage protection to Amazon's workers. Please make sure no future nominees would strip workers of legal protections in this way.
