Pledge to Investigate and Stop Server Abuse of Civil Rights and Server Abuse of Privacy Rights

Dear Mr. President,
I am a very private U.S. citizen, regular girl, I believe somebody has been stalking and broadcasting my very private daily life 24hours a day 7 days a week, 365days a year for about 6 years to the whole world, the whole nation! This has caused me suffering every day every minutes of server depression, server anxiety disorder, server chronicle headache, server brain dis-function and server financial problem, I, my family and my relatives have been compelling to going through these server abuse of civil rights and server abuse of privacy rights, this has been happening to me, could been happening to many other innocent people, and could will happen to many other innocent people, I sincerely pledge to investigate and stop these server abuse.
