pledge not to bail out any banks unless the stockholders take the hit.

Created by R.N. on September 24, 2011

If any "too big to fail" banks should ever again be on the verge of collapse, rather than lending money to these banks, the government must let the stockholders take the biggest hit. The government should only save banks by temporarily taking them over, firing the top executives, and reorganizing them.
