This is a petition to prevent anti-gun control advocates and gun owners from infringing the 1st Amendment right for law abiding American citizens to assemble peacefully.
The First Amendment provides the right to law abiding American citizens to peacefully assemble, without being exposed to fear, threat or safety hazard caused by the presence of firearms in any place and time where the law abiding American Citizens gather for peaceful purposes.
We ask the President and the US Government to define and implement, by the end of the year 2014, gun control laws and measures that protect the safety of the American people, and that make gun owners responsible and liable for all the consequences of their gun ownership.
