Pledge to protect unenumerated civil rights and freedoms granted by natural law, yet eroded through the passage of time.

Created by G.P. on January 20, 2013

The land of the free has become unfree. We need a pledge from our politicians that rights granted by nature are worth protecting. The latest example is the rush to ban scary looking rifles while ignoring handguns used in over 90 percent of murders. This pledge is needed to alert the people of the need to stop the erosion of our rights. For example, these acts and laws were enacted to make us safe but taken collectively make the land of the free look hypocritical: 1. Warrantless unsupervised GPS tracking, 2 camera monitoring, 3. License plate recognition and tracking. 4.Internet data mining to create 'files' on innocents. 5. Citizen detentions, assassinations, renditions - started after 911 and continued through today. 6. Restrictions on smoking, firearms, substances, etc. The list goes on.
