Pledge to Resettle More Syrian Refugees.

Created by A.A. on September 02, 2015

To date the United States has resettled less than 1,000 Syrian refugees. That's 1,000 out of the 12,000 applications submitted since the start of the conflict. This is unacceptable and we urge the United States government to aid in this urgent humanitarian crises.

More than 2,500 migrants have drowned trying to reach Europe and safety. The United States must immediately aid and assist Europe in this migrant crisis.

Currently there are more than 4 million Syrian refugees. Lebanon has resettled 1.2 million, Jordan 608,000, Sweden 100,000 Turkey 1.75 million and Germany 800,000.

We demand the United States honor its commitment to the UN and to uphold its values to Human Rights. Syrians must be granted immediate refuge indiscriminate of their religion and economic class.
