As most of you know, NASA changed the requirements for something to be considered a planet. One of these requirements has caused the beloved planet, Pluto, to loose its ability to qualify as a planet. This requirement being that the planet must've cleared its orbit, which pluto has yet to do and probably will not do considering its almost 1000 year orbital period. This also restricts the "Asteroid" Ceres from becoming a planet due to its orbit in the asteroid belt. I hate to have 2 celestial bodies, one of which we were taught to be a planet, to be illegible for there recognition as a planet and therefore ignored. I ask for congress to address this situation with NASA and hopefully get them to switch so more will learn of these 2 "asteroids" (and more) and be more aware of there existence.
