While we understand the President has no orect authority over "the scientific community" we ask you to use your authority as commander and cheif of the armed forces to issue an executive order to all military personnel in all branches of the military to recognize Pluto as a planet effective immediately and for a term no less than 248 Earth years or one Plutonian year. All government communucations concerning Pltuo would indicate that Pluto is no less than a full planetary member of our Solar System
