Police Accountability Act

Created by C.L. on August 24, 2014

The public is lead to believe that the Police in America are here to protect and serve, which is blatantly on literally every cop car in America.

Under the premise that the Police are here to serve public interest and protect the public they should then be obligated to perform they're job and further more in the Civilian life to be held to the highest standard.

Some officers found to be in Misconduct are often sheltered by the police Department and information obscured from public view leading to mistrust and distress in communities across the country under "investigation".

Any officer found to be in misconduct involving the death of Any person, or Animal or sever bodily harm must be fired and prosecuted as if the act was committed by any average citizen to the full extent of the law.
