To better protect our public schools and to provide for better law enforcement presence. Reduce foreign aide by the amount needed to permanently fund a program to place CERTIFIED POLICE OFFICERS IN EVERY SCHOOL in the United States and it's territories, when any school district request police protection. We feel the protection of our children, teachers and school personnel is more important than any type of foreign aide to other countries.
