Police brutality against African-American, Latino and other communities of color must be addressed emergently.

Any African-American, Latino or non-white American has a host of stories about police brutality, frequently racially-motivated. It is horrifying that black and brown citizens must prepare themselves in order to survive encounters with the police! It is unacceptable we must live in a police state so the elite can maintain power. Training is not enough for homicidal but unprosecuted "peace officers". These officers need pink slips and replacements.
