The Police Brutality Repression Act

The Police Brutality Repression Act convicts any Police Officer(s) of a crime, with a 5-15 year prison sentence; when a law enforcement official

A. Brings weaponry into a situation where an individual is already restrained, subdued or has agreed to cooperate;

B. Continues to beat or attack an individual after the person is unable to consciously respond;

C. Decides to manhandle, attack, violently assault or murder any defenseless minor who has agreed to cooperate or hasn't physically harmed the law enforcement official;

D. When an individual is released from being detained under a different state of mind or medical condition than their original arrival to a local jail or police precinct.

Once this law has been signed and enforced, it can not be dissolved or revised for 25 years
