Police brutally shot and killed Michael Dozer for having a bike lock in his hands which he assumed was a weapon!

On August 6, 2014 Michael Dozer was murdered by a Bakersfield police office by the name of Aaron Stringer. Stringer fatally shot and killed Michael Dozer for assuming he had a weapon in his hand which was a Bike Lock!!!! Michael Dozer was sitting down eating at a Bakersfield gas station corner of Mt. Vernon and Brundage, then brutally killed with gun shots by the police officer!!!!
