The Police cover-up by Belen Police and New Mexico State Police on Officer Joseph Chavez for harassment and cover-up.

After three years of police harassment after moving to Belen and the cover-up by the state police on the investigation of officer Chavez. This has been going on by the department since moving here and has escalated to many illegal activities from the police harassment to the favoritism of the community especially if one is not hispanic. The favoritism includes colussion with the fire chief leaving me on the ground in need of medical attention (I wound up in the ER later that day), security officer that drove a police car to a call and lied in court as did the fire chief and a police officer.
