Police Departments across the U.S. need to be demilitarized.

Police departments across the country have been receiving military resources once used in over seas war campaigns. There is no reason for police departments to utilize such resources for domestic situations. There has been a surge of SWAT style raids across the country since donations from the Department of Defense 1033 program. The military resources already received by the police departments should be returned to the United States military immediately.
