The police departments of the United States of America should require signatures for citations or the ticket is invalid.
Police officers should be almost as normal as civilians and do not deserve any special rights over other civilians in this country. It's sickening when police can walk out in the middle of the street and stop on coming traffic. (Without a traffic vest or anything.) This petition is filed in regards to police officer badge number: cathey C1682 of the Wichita police department for being an unjust and unlawful officer of the law. (Who also uses his lights to cross a red light then shuts them off.)
The law enforcement of America needs to be cracked down on our more monitored. As they are not upholding the law and even in civilian clothes try to enforce the law.
