Many innocent people get killed every year from being suspected of having a fire arm on them but legally purchased it. We can change it by having all state police departments have body cameras to tell if the person will be sentenced and to have evidence of why the police should be scentanced also. We can also have more than one police officer on site of a reported threat or a suspect.(Sorry, I'm 11 I don't know a lot)
