Any police officer(s) or other law enforcing authority caught or admitting to the abuse of their authority (such as excessive violence towards citizens) will be immediately released of active duty. These officers will be fired and can be charged by any eye witness citizens. The officers of the United States ARE the law, they are NOT ABOVE the law!
