Previously a rookie police officer made and arrest only because he wasn't familiar with and his computer in his car didn't read a drivers license number from a U.S Territory.
the individual also had a state DMV abstract which would have proven legal driving ability had the officer look at it at the arrestee's request, but the officer refused to accept the LEGAL document from his state's DMV.
I believe all law enforcement agents should try their best to avoid arresting innocent individuals and atleast give them the satisfaction of looking into all documents and proof before deeming them arrested, after all, we are tax paying citizens who deserve that much!
