Police officers/cops NEED to let people who are in the right choose what to do to people who've done wrong.

If someone has wrecked or damaged your personal belongings or property of your house, then the person living in the house should be able to call the cops and choose what to do to the suspect that did it, whether it be arrest, charge, or felony. The victim should be able to choose and not the police officers, because cops in America are too strict and powerful and they may stick up for the suspect and think he/she has done nothing wrong, but in reality the victim knows the suspect has done wrong of his/her own personal property or belongings and shall have the right to what is going to happen to the suspect.
