This petition is to create a law to police the police. requesting a one strike and you're out law that prevents officers from getting paid leave and remaining on the force after violating assaulting or victimizing a citizen, the same citizens that they are supposed to protect and serve. Any abuse of authority is a sign that that officer is unfit for the job and if he is unfit for his job then he should not keep it. There are hundreds of thousands of good officers out there some looking for jobs. Why are we protecting bad officers who are attacking the very people they are supposed to serve? Enough is enough police the police. No paid leave fired on site and unable to work in law enforcement again. We are the people it's our right to be heard...
