When someone gets injured on the job while employed by the USPS (IE - Car accidents) they have no one to protect there rights to make sure they are treated fairly and just. U
There are many cracks in the system that allow the USPS to not let the injured employee work or get compensation from OWCP.
IE - OWCP's second opinion doctor bases his opinion on NO facts such as MRI's but still gives a NONE factual opinion such as "All injuries are pre-existing" even though the employee has given FACTS (MRI's, other doctors opinion's) OWCP still takes the weight of the second opinion.
In the meantime the employee losses his house, wife, and many other things all due to this drawn out game OWCP and the USPS play. Instead of treating the employee or letting him work limited.
