Police Powers and Abuse of those Powers

I feel this petition is important to all citizens throughout the United States of America. The main issue at hand is the power police have and how they abuse it. Law enforcement officials have found loop holes in the legal system that need to be addressed such as the ability to sub contract the seizure of private property to local tow agencies without a warrant properly issued from a judge. Another issue is police abusing their powers to do things that they look down on ordinary citizens for such as speeding on the public roads. It is my opinion that we as citizens of the United States of America have to call on congress to make these changes for the beterment of our nation. We the people need to take a stand and hold our law enforcement officials accountable for their actions.
