Police Reform Act of 2015 We need to realign policing to include the public,new technology & be a part of the community

I propose a new federal cooperative where all 50 states have law enforcement delegates that collectively decide how to train, act, & set procedures. The federal government will only host.

There should be a centralized police database that houses & tracks all crimes.

There should be one training center that all police have to go to for their training.

There would be a centralized employment office; this will be to keep rouge officers from finding new employment in other states.

it would become unlawful for the police to be used as profit centers for cities.

Internal affairs would have mandatory public inclusion.

This new reform act will realign policing with the community not against it & add today’s technology.
