This petition was established in order to create more accountability and restriction on the use of deadly force by all Police Departments in the United States of America.
1. No police officer shall have the right to use deadly force without the proof of the threat of deadly force.
a. No weapon shall be discharged without the indication of hostile intent accompanied by a deadly weapon.
b. Any persons licensed to carry a weapon in any existing state shall not be considered a threat unless they are
in the act of a crime or some form of imminent criminal intent.
2. In the event a citizen is shot or killed by a police officer and not under these guidelines shall be charged with homicide and placed on administration leave without pay until the case is resolved completely
