It's is a felony to interfere with child custody but yet the law is not being enforced in El Paso, Texas by the district attorney Jaime Esparza and the officers that are suppose to be enforcing the law. Fathers don't pay child support and the law is enforced. Mothers don't follow court ordered visitation and the law is not enforced. THIS IS NOT RIGHT.
