The issues facing the normal Black American is based in institutional racism from the slave days and Jim Crow era. We plan to maintain affirmative action and to enforce Executive Order 10925 and Executive Order 11246 till the time that equal employment is no longer an issue. We also call to make it mandatory to teach Black History in our schools alongside the history of the White population. This will allow for our people to know the historical roles of each ethnicity and to work side by side to perfect our nation." But I believe that this doesn't go far enough and that the issue of race can't be solved until we give a real voice to the Black Rights activists other than Sharpton. We must also prosecute White Supremacists and reassure that the Black Community can trully grow.
