Government shut down. I think if the government shuts down... all of those that are refusing to work together should forfeit their own payroll for the rest of their terms and also all retirement benefits should be cancelled and put back into the budget. This should start immediately without the ability to be vetoed or filibustered. To be voted on by the voters only. Of course, the election will have to happen immediately.
